Uses of anaerobic glue:

Features of anaerobic adhesive:

1. Simple operation, low glue consumption, easy storage, high compliance, and easy to stop flow operations.

3. It can be quickly cured at room temperature. The standard product is practical in the working condition of -55℃-150℃. The extraordinary model can withstand temperature up to 230℃, and has the characteristics of excellent medium resistance.

4. The changing range of shear strength is large, from 4N/MM2 to 50N/MM2.

7. The glue extruded from the assembly gap will not be cured due to the interaction with oxygen (air), so it is easier to abolish the remaining glue.

8. It is suitable for water, oil and gas medium, but not for oxygen, ozone, chlorine, liquid chlorine and strong oxidizing medium. Not suitable for porous materials, large-footed workpieces, and non-metallic materials.

9. Most of them are monomer type, with a wide range of viscosity changes and many varieties, which are easy to choose.

10. No need to weigh, mix and dispense glue, it is extremely convenient to use, and it is easy to realize automatic operation.

11. Room temperature curing, fast speed, high strength, energy saving, small shrinkage, good sealing. Removable after curing.

12. Excellent performance, good heat resistance, pressure resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance, impact resistance, shock absorption, anti-corrosion, anti-fog and other properties.

13. The glue overflowing from the glue seam is not cured and is easy to remove.

14. No solvent, low toxicity, little harm, no pollution. Wide range of uses, sealing, locking, holding, bonding, plugging, etc. can be stored stably, the storage period of glue is generally three years.

Reminder: Anaerobic adhesive can not be packed in airtight containers such as metal and glass, but must be in air permeable (low density polyethylene) containers, and can only hold 2/3 bottles at most.
